Billing and Payment:
Payment is charged monthly on the same date each month, beginning on the subscription start date.
By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly payments until the subscription is canceled.
Subscribers receive a 10-15% savings compared to the regular price.
Discount applies only to subscription items.
Shipping:
Yarn is shipped quarterly (every three months) to help reduce shipping costs.
Each shipment includes yarn accumulated from the prior three monthly payments.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are billed at the time of shipment.
Cancellations and Changes:
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.
Please note: if you cancel your subscription you will not be eligible to resubscribe. If you would like to skip a month, please contact me.
Any yarn already paid for will ship with the next scheduled quarterly shipment.
No refunds are provided for payments already processed.
